This was such a great location to have as home base as we explored the north & west sides of Madeira! The proximity to Porto Moniz, easy check in and free parking were all amazing perks. Joel & his team were great hosts. They had several food/hike/activity recommendations for the island, left us some delicious Madeira treats and were always very responsive if we had any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Very cozy and lovely place, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need. The bed and shower were super comfortable, and the small balcony was perfect for dinner at sunset, surrounded by greenery. Joel was very helpful and responsive. You can feel the care put into making guests feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The apartment was very big and very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony view so much. The bed was a bit smaller but it wasn’t a big problem.

The listing was exactly what I had hoped for. A pristine and clean apartment with a beautiful view in a quiet area (apart from the odd plane landing). We chose this location for a first stop located conveniently from the airport (about a 10 minute Uber) and adjacent the Tangerine car rental. Very easy to get to nearby Machico with an abundant selection of nice cafes and restaurants, as well as access to the PR8 Vereda da Ponta de São Lourenço. Joel was very lovely and a responsive host, organising extra bedding within minutes of our message. Check-in was a breeze, and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and bolo de mel. I highly recommend the Great Pearl Apartments. Thank you!

Joel est très réactif et amical , l’appartement est superbe on s’y sent comme chez sois ! Les instructions d’arrivée sont très faciles et très clair. Le parking privé en souterrain est un gros plus, avec accès ascenseur directement à l’appartement. Un énorme plus , nous avons voyager avec notre bébé et un petit lit avec le linge de lit l’attendais l’attention nous a touché . L’appartement est moderne propre et il dispose de tout le nécessaire requis . Étant une hôte également je peux vous certifier que votre voyage ici sera un lieu reposant pour des vacances réussite . Je recommande bien évidemment sans hésitation 😀

The apartment was the perfect base for our stay in the east of Madeira. It was spacious, clean and was equipped with everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). The balcony with sea view was a bonus. Although you can see the airstrip from the balcony we weren‘t really disturbed by the airplanes. Communication with Joel went really well and he was very friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and they even prepared a small gift for us, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Whenever we needed something, the hosts responded immediately and took care of it. The location is very close to the ocean, and a parking space was available as well

La estancia ha sido genial, Joel nos ha ayudado en todo lo que ha podido y la respuesta ha sido muy rapida, el apartamento es amplio y estaba muy ordenado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y de agua de bienvenida, ademas de tener todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Sin duda repetiremos😊
